( No masacra, no glue residue, no eyeshadow) A $10 lash bath service will be added if eyes aren’t bare before service. •NO contact lenses. / (If client wears contacts please bring contacts container and solution for safe kept keeping during service.) •Do Not drink coffee or energy drinks before your appointment (NO CAFFEINE) •Make sure to use the restroom before hand. •Please bring comfy clothes for your comfort. • $15 will be added to your total amount if client arrives 10 min after scheduled time. After 15min, appointment will be cancelled. Client will need to pay full amount to re-book. •CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE TO BE ALLOWED TO BE CHANGED TO A FOLLOWING DATE AND TIME. (Holding deposit for one Week only) SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS IS FORFEITING YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL REQUIRE NEW DEPOSIT TO REBOOK. SECOND CANCELLATION WILL NEED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE TO RE-BOOK •No Call/ No show: Client will be charged a 50% fee of remaining balance & shall pay Full Amount of service to re book. ( if card declines $25 fee will be added to new appointment) •Remaining Balance could be due through Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash or CashApp (+$5 CashApp fee) •NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Products and time is being used and can’t be given back. If client decides to pay full amount before service and cancellation or no call/no show is done, payment will NOT be returned. Please keep that in mind. •No Extra Guests allowed. (Unless consulted and approved by lash technician) Guest can wait outside in the car while service is being provided. No men nor Children. •Squeeze ins & After Hours have a $20 Fee All appointments should be booked at least 24hrs before, anything after that will be considered a squeeze in and will be charged the fee. Squeeze ins & after hours are also times and dates not included in my availability. Including weekends and holidays. Reminder: Service will take about 2-4 hours depending on service being received.
