CANCELLATION POLICY

‼️Please make sure your maps say DONNA,TX when inputting address into maps. Address link tends to send my clients to Alamo, Tx to an open field. I highly recommend using Google Maps! It will directly take you straight to my home. ‼️ •Please make sure to have a bare face. ( No masacra, no glue residue, no eyeshadow) A $10 lash bath service will be added if eyes aren’t bare before service. •NO contact lenses. / (If client wears contacts please bring contacts container and solution for safe kept keeping during service.) •Do Not drink coffee or energy drinks before your appointment (NO CAFFEINE) •Make sure to use the restroom before hand. ( But if needed, don’t be shy to ask to go, you’re more than welcome to use the restroom during service) •Please bring comfy clothes for your comfort. ( Room might be cold during service) • $15 will be added to your total amount if client arrives 10 min after scheduled time or $30 for combo appointments. After 15min, appointment will be cancelled. Client will need to pay full amount to re-book. •CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24HRS IN ADVANCE TO BE ALLOWED TO BE CHANGED TO A FOLLOWING DATE AND TIME. (Holding deposit for one Week only) SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS IS FORFEITING YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL REQUIRE NEW DEPOSIT TO REBOOK. SECOND CANCELLATION WILL NEED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE TO RE-BOOK • Rescheduling is only allowed once. Second Reschedule will be subject to forfeiting appointment/ Deposit and will need to make a new appointment with lash technician to book a new date with full amount payment. •No Call/ No show: Client will be charged a 50% fee of remaining balance & shall pay Full Amount of service to re book. ( if card declines $25 fee will be added to new appointment) •Remaining Balance could be due through Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash or CashApp (+$5 CashApp fee) Please let me know if you’d like to use Afterpay, Klarna or affirm for remaining total, please be aware that you’ll be charged a transaction fee of $5 extra to use platforms. +$10 if it’s more than $130 •NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! Products and time is being used and can’t be given back. If client decides to pay full amount before service and cancellation or no call/no show is done, payment will NOT be returned. Please keep that in mind. •Free Fix: Free Fixes are available for Full Sets ONLY. Jnbeautyy gives a 48hr guarantee from appointment if client is suffering from extreme shedding or bald spots after appointment. Tech will give you her next available appointment, free of charge but It’s clients job to make time for the free fix. ( next available appointment can not exceed more than 2 days to book unless tech is fully booked) if so and more than 2 days pass, client is subject to a small fill fee. Free Fix/ No Call / No show: If client books free fix and ends up doing a No call/ no Show. Free fix is being forfeited and will need to pay full amount if fill or full set is being booked + $25 fee. ( Time slot/availability was occupied by free fix) Free Fix/ Late: if free fixed is booked and client exceeds the 10 min grace period. Client is responsible of paying $15 after free fix appointment. After 15min, appointment is automatically cancelled and client will be charged $25 fee for new appointment. •No Extra Guests allowed. Guest can wait outside in the car while service is being provided. No men nor Children. ‼️+$10 Fee included if ignored ‼️ •Squeeze ins & After Hours have a $20 Fee All appointments should be booked at least 24hrs before, anything after that will be considered a squeeze in and will be charged the fee. Squeeze ins & after hours are also times and dates not included in my availability. Including weekends and holidays. Reminder: Service will take about 2-4 hours depending on service being received. Book accordingly.
